Form: Liquid. This product is presented as filtered ascites. Description: The monoclonal actin (clone C4) is a mouse IgG1, kappa light chain antibody. Chicken gizzard actin was used as the immunogen. Immunoblots demonstrate specificity directed towards all six known vertebrate isoactins as well as Dictyostelium discoideum and Physarum polycephalum actins. Immunohistochemical Staining Use: Dilution of Antisera: 1:400 (PAP) Tissue Source (control): Skeletal Muscle Incubation Time & Temp: 2 hours at room temperature Recommended Diluent: 0.1% BSA in PBS, pH 7.6, with 0.1% sodium azide as preservative.
